Welcome to ryanblack.xyz (the "Hub"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully alongside my Privacy Policy.

I operate ryanblack.xyz as a personal digital showcase hub indexing independent projects, communities, forums, file-sharing utilities, recipe hubs, and tools hosted and managed by me. Each individual project within the network may feature its own specific guidelines, rules, or localized terms.

9. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Venue

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Service or the Hub shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the City of Tucson, Arizona. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
